Vehicle Information
Honda AquaTrax F12 Personal Watercraft (2002-2007)
The Honda AquaTrax F12 series, produced from 2002 to 2007, offered a versatile range of personal watercraft. All models were powered by a 1235cc liquid-cooled DOHC 16-valve dry-sump four-cylinder engine. The lineup included the F-12 (standard, naturally aspirated, three-seater), F-12X (turbocharged, three-seater, with optional GPScape), R-12 (sportier, two-seater, naturally aspirated), and R-12X (sportier, two-seater, turbocharged).
During its production, the AquaTrax F12 series saw two notable changes. In 2003, Honda introduced the R-series (R-12 and R-12X), sportier two-seater models built on a smaller, lighter hull. For the 2005 model year, the naturally aspirated F-12 received an engine upgrade, increasing its horsepower from 125 hp to 135 hp through a higher-revving engine and new camshafts. The turbocharged F-12X and R-12X consistently delivered 165 hp throughout the entire 2002-2007 period. FAQ:
Q: How do I ensure I select the correct parts for my AquaTrax F12?
