Vehicle Information
Honda AquaTrax R12 Personal Watercraft (2003-2007)
The Honda AquaTrax R12 series, produced from 2003 to 2007, represents a line of sporty two-seater personal watercraft. Built on a smaller platform compared to the F-12 series, these models were powered by a consistent liquid-cooled, DOHC 16-valve 1235cc dry-sump four-cylinder engine throughout their production run. Two primary trims were offered: the naturally aspirated R12, delivering 125 horsepower, and the turbocharged R12X, boasting 165 horsepower. The R12X models were generally identifiable by their black hulls, while the R12 featured white hulls. There were no significant mid-cycle generation or engine changes for the Honda AquaTrax R12 and R12X models between 2003 and 2007. Core engine specifications and performance remained consistent across all model years. Any updates primarily involved cosmetic variations, such as new color combinations or seat designs. FAQ:
