Vehicle Information
Kawasaki Vulcan S 650 Motorcycle - Street (2015-2026)
The Kawasaki Vulcan S 650, produced from 2015 to 2026, is a versatile cruiser motorcycle known for its approachable performance and customizable fit. Powered by a liquid-cooled, 649cc parallel-twin engine, it shares its core with the Ninja 650 but is specifically retuned to deliver robust low and mid-range torque, making it ideal for diverse riding styles. This engine consistently produces around 60-61 horsepower and 63 Nm of torque across its production run. The Vulcan S 650 has maintained remarkable consistency in its fundamental design and engine since its 2015 introduction. Key features include the innovative Ergo-Fit system, allowing riders to adjust footpeg positions, seat, and handlebars for personalized comfort. While the core platform remained stable, updates primarily focused on aesthetics, such as new color schemes, and minor technical enhancements like the addition of a standard gear indicator in 2017. Trims offered include the standard Vulcan S (with or without ABS), the Special Edition (certain years), and the distinctive Cafe model. No significant generational or engine redesigns occurred within the 2015-2026 range. Q: How do I ensure I'm selecting the correct parts for my Vulcan S 650?
A: To guarantee compatibility, please use the year and edition selector at the top of this page. This will filter parts specifically for your motorcycle's configuration.
