Vehicle Information
Suzuki V-Strom 250 Motorcycle - Street (2017-2022)
The Suzuki V-Strom 250, an adventure touring motorcycle, was available from 2017 to 2022. The initial model, produced from 2017 until around 2021, featured a liquid-cooled, 248cc parallel-twin engine. This version, known as the DL250, did not offer distinct trim levels, typically being sold as a single model with ABS as an option depending on the market. It was largely phased out in many international markets by 2020 due to evolving emission standards. A significant evolution occurred in 2022 with the introduction of the V-Strom 250 SX. This variant, primarily targeting markets like India, represents a distinct model rather than a trim level of the original. It is powered by a different 249cc single-cylinder, oil-cooled engine, offering a lighter wet weight and modern features such as Bluetooth connectivity and an LED headlamp. This change marks a clear distinction in the V-Strom 250 lineup within the 2017-2022 period. FAQ:
