The Ducati Multistrada 1100, produced from 2007 to 2009, is an adventure-touring motorcycle known for its 1078 cc L-twin Desmodromic air-cooled engine. This engine delivers 95 horsepower and 103-104 Nm of torque, providing robust performance for both road and trail. During this period, two versions were available: the standard Multistrada 1100 and the Multistrada 1100 S. The S version featured fully adjustable Öhlins suspension front and rear, along with carbon fiber accents, enhancing its capabilities and aesthetics. There were no significant generation breaks or major platform changes for the Multistrada 1100 between the 2007 and 2009 model years. The 2008 and 2009 models largely retained the specifications and features introduced in 2007. The introduction of the Multistrada 1100 in 2007, replacing the 1000DS, marked a significant evolution with a larger displacement engine, a quieter wet clutch, vibration-isolated handlebars, and improved instrumentation.
