This model underwent significant enhancements during its production run. In 1971, the Olympique received a restyling, featuring improved aerodynamic elements, structural enhancements, a full console, and deeper seats, which also optimized track performance. The year 1972 brought further updates, including a new ball joint steering system, a longer brake handle, a raised side handle, a new brake adjusting device, four leaf springs, locking clips on the throttle cable housing, and side reflective stripes.
