The Arctic Cat Alterra 700, produced from 2016 to 2021, is a robust and versatile ATV designed for various terrains. Throughout its production, it consistently featured a reliable 695cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI). A significant update occurred in 2018 with the introduction of the "Textron Motors 700 engine."
