Vehicle Information
Polaris Sportsman 550 ATV (2009-2014)
The Polaris Sportsman 550, produced from 2009 to 2014, is a robust and versatile ATV. It was equipped with a 549cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke SOHC single-cylinder engine with Electronic Fuel Injection (EFI), generating approximately 42 horsepower (42.2 HP according to some sources). This reliable engine ensured smooth throttle response and low emissions, making the Sportsman 550 a popular choice for both work and recreation. During its production, the Sportsman 550 underwent significant evolutions. As early as 2009, the "XP chassis" was introduced, enhancing stability and handling. Electronic Power Steering (EPS) also became an option. In 2011, updates included improved splash protection, a 5.4 kg weight reduction, and a tougher, grippier seat. The EPS system was refined in 2012 to provide increased assistance at low speeds. These updates continuously improved the riding experience. Q: Is my Sportsman 550 compatible with these parts?
