Vehicle Information
BETA TR34 Dirt Bike (1986-1998)
The BETA TR34 is an iconic trials motorcycle, produced from 1986 to 1989. Renowned for its performance and distinctive design, it left its mark on the trials world. This model featured air-cooled, two-stroke, single-cylinder engines, offering a range of displacements to suit riders' needs.
The TR34 series underwent continuous evolution during its production. It was available in various engine displacements, including 125 cc, 200 cc, 240 cc, and 260 cc (or 261 ccm), with power outputs up to 15 HP for the 260 cc. Specific versions such as the TR34 Replica (1988) and TR34 Campionato (1989) were also offered. Early TR34 models featured red steel frames, conventional forks, and front and rear disc brakes. Some 240 cc models were even equipped with upside-down forks.
It is important to note that the TR34 model was superseded after 1989. Although BETA continued to produce other trials motorcycles until 1998 (such as the TR35, Zero, Synt, SuperTrial, Gara, and Techno models, some of which were liquid-cooled), the TR34 designation specifically applies to the 1986-1989 period.
