Note: These risers are not compatible with the stock Ski Doo G4 top clamps needed for the OEM grab strap. Re-installing the OEM grab strap is not possible once the riser is installed.

Initially launched in 2007, it introduced the M8 chassis, a major evolution from the previous Mountain Cat, offering improved handling and reduced weight. Powered by a 794cc two-stroke twin-cylinder engine, its horsepower evolved over the years. In 2010, a significant update occurred with the introduction of the 800 H.O. engine (799cc), increasing power and accompanied by notable improvements such as a lighter and taller seat, as well as new skis for better flotation. The 2011 model represented the pinnacle of this chassis, incorporating additional refinements and special editions like the M8 Sno Pro Limited.
