The Ski-Doo Expedition 850 E-TEC, spanning model years 2020 to 2026, is a versatile snowmobile renowned for its robust performance and utility. Throughout this period, the Expedition Xtreme trim has been a constant, while the Expedition SE and LE trims joined the lineup from 2023 onwards, expanding the range of options for riders. A significant evolution occurred for the 2026 model year. While the engine remained unchanged, the Expedition series transitioned from the REV Gen4 platform (2020-2025) to the advanced REV Gen5 platform. This major overhaul introduced a new uMotion rear suspension, replacing the SC-5U, for enhanced ride quality and control.
