Description
- Stepped header design scavenges the exhaust, allowing the engine to operate at peak performance, maximizing horsepower
- Equal length headpipes provides for equal exhaust gas temperature between cylinder for optimum performance
- Header configuration routes the headpipes away from the rider’s legs, reducing heat and providing a comfortable ride concentration from the port, making the engine perform efficiently; eliminates the need for bung adapters used by other manufacturers which fail to properly place the sensor within the exhaust flow
- Anti-reversion louvers eliminate the negative pulse from traveling back into the port and robbing the engine of horsepower
- Full-coverage, laser-cut heat shields are designed to move heat away from rider’s and passenger’s legs
- Available with 3.5” or 4” mufflers and a combination of black or chrome headers, mufflers and end caps
- High-flow baffles and end caps available separately

Harley-Davidson Electra Glide Motorcycle - Street (1965-2023)
The Harley-Davidson Electra Glide, a cornerstone of American touring motorcycles, has been a symbol of open-road freedom since its debut in 1965. Spanning nearly six decades, this iconic model has undergone significant evolution in its engine, chassis, and features, adapting to rider demands while retaining its distinctive character.
The Electra Glide's journey began with the Panhead engine in 1965, notably introducing the electric starter. It progressed through the Shovelhead (1966-1984), Evolution (1984-1998), Twin Cam (1999-2016), and the current Milwaukee-Eight (2017-2023) engine families, each bringing advancements in power and reliability. Key chassis updates in 1984, 2009, and with Project Rushmore in 2014, refined its touring capabilities. Trims have expanded from the foundational FL/FLH to the feature-rich Ultra Limited and specialized CVO editions, offering a wide range of options for touring enthusiasts. FAQ:
