Honda Sportrax 450 ATV (2004-2005)
The Honda Sportrax 450, also known as the TRX450R, is an iconic sport ATV produced for the 2004 and 2005 model years. Renowned for its performance and reliability, it was equipped with a 449.7cc liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine. This engine, featuring a 42mm Keihin carburetor, produced approximately 33 horsepower, offering robust power for both competition and recreation.
During these two years, the Sportrax 450 was offered as a single model, the TRX450R, without distinct trim levels. There were no significant generation breaks or engine changes between 2004 and 2005. The 2005 model was largely carried over from 2004, with the main novelty being the addition of a black color option. Major engine and carburetor changes were only introduced starting with the 2006 model year.
