Description
SNOWMOBILE DRIVE STABILIZER, THE MOST ADVANCED SNOWMOBILE DRIVE COMPONENT ON THE MARKET !!!Tired of wiggling and zigzagging? Forget the footsteps of others and regain control with the Aggressive or Semi-Aggressive SnowTracker.Do you want to have control of your snowmobile on icy or snowy trails like a Formula 1 on the pavement? Yes it's possible! Thanks to the aggressive and semi-aggressive Snowtracker kit, you will find the pleasure of driving your snowmobile on straight or curved trails, with an aggressive grip and without swaying. By installing a Snowtracker, you will now have absolute control, unmatched traction and optimal precision with your snowmobile.Including self-sharpening healds with 6 to 7.5" of carbide (depending on the ski model of your machine). The healds and stabilizers offer a penetration of more than 1" deep in the snow. The height of the stabilizers is lower than the beams, so the stabilizers will not touch the paved path. It is only the carbide of the arm that will wear. The sharpening of self-sharpening heddles occurs when the steel of the heald wears on each side of the carbidelames forming the same principle as sharpening a lead pencil. Here is that the carbide being harder than the sides of the arm, the steel of the arm wears out a little faster in the gravel and on the asphalt it is the carbide which rubs the most therefore what produces a balanced sharpening during throughout the wear of the carbide. Also the wear of the arm being slowed down by a heat treatment to be more resistant to wear. Therefore, the arm always keeps its cut in new condition during the complete wear of the carbide, for more performance and grip on ice and snowmobile trails.

Vehicle Information
Ski-Doo Tundra 600 Snowmobile (2012-2026)
The Ski-Doo Tundra 600, a versatile snowmobile available from 2012 to 2026, is renowned for its utility and sport capabilities. Throughout its production, it has been offered with various Rotax 600 series engines, including the fuel-efficient 4-stroke 600 ACE and the powerful 2-stroke 600 EFI and 600 H.O. E-TEC. A significant evolution for the Tundra 600 series was the transition from the REV-XU platform to the lighter, stronger, and more durable REV Gen4 platform. This platform change, which became standard around 2022 and continues through 2026, greatly enhanced handling and deep snow performance. Engine offerings also evolved; the Rotax 600 ACE saw a slight power increase from 60 hp to 62 hp in later years, while the 85 hp Rotax 600 EFI became a prominent option from 2021. The high-performance 120 hp Rotax 600 H.O. E-TEC was specifically available for the Tundra Xtreme trim in earlier model years. FAQ:

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil and Oil Filter (600 ACE 4-stroke engines) | Initial: after the first 4 000 kilometers. Subsequent: annually or every 100 hours of operation, or every 6 000 km, whichever comes first. | In very cold conditions, a monthly oil change may be considered due to increased condensation in the oil. The engine oil level should be checked every few rides for proper amount and contamination. |
| Drive Belt | Inspection: before every ride. Replacement: if any signs of wear are noted or if performance is inconsistent. General lifespan: between 2 400 and 4 800 km. | Inspect the drive belt for cracks, fraying, or abnormal wear (uneven wear, wear on one side, missing cogs, cracked fabric). Many riders start each season with a fresh drive belt. |
| Spark Plugs (600 ACE and 600 H.O. E-TEC engines) | As per owner's manual | Ski-Doo Tundra manuals mention spark plugs in the general maintenance procedures section for 550F, 600 ACE, and 600 H.O. E-TEC engines. |
| Air Filter | As per owner's manual | The air filter should be rinsed with fresh water and allowed to dry completely before installation. Ensure the air filter is properly installed, clean, and in good condition. Operating with a damaged or missing air filter can cause engine damage. |
| Coolant (600 ACE and 600 H.O. E-TEC engines) | Check level before every ride. Replace every 2 years. | The coolant level should be checked when the engine is cold. Use manufacturer-specified coolant or a 50/50 premix rated for powersports. Never use straight water. Never open the coolant tank cap when the engine is hot. |
