Description
SNOWMOBILE DRIVE STABILIZER, THE MOST ADVANCED SNOWMOBILE DRIVE COMPONENT ON THE MARKET !!!Tired of wiggling and zigzagging? Forget the footsteps of others and regain control with the Aggressive or Semi-Aggressive SnowTracker.Do you want to have control of your snowmobile on icy or snowy trails like a Formula 1 on the pavement? Yes it's possible! Thanks to the aggressive and semi-aggressive Snowtracker kit, you will find the pleasure of driving your snowmobile on straight or curved trails, with an aggressive grip and without swaying. By installing a Snowtracker, you will now have absolute control, unmatched traction and optimal precision with your snowmobile.Including self-sharpening healds with 6 to 7.5" of carbide (depending on the ski model of your machine). The healds and stabilizers offer a penetration of more than 1" deep in the snow. The height of the stabilizers is lower than the beams, so the stabilizers will not touch the paved path. It is only the carbide of the arm that will wear. The sharpening of self-sharpening heddles occurs when the steel of the heald wears on each side of the carbidelames forming the same principle as sharpening a lead pencil. Here is that the carbide being harder than the sides of the arm, the steel of the arm wears out a little faster in the gravel and on the asphalt it is the carbide which rubs the most therefore what produces a balanced sharpening during throughout the wear of the carbide. Also the wear of the arm being slowed down by a heat treatment to be more resistant to wear. Therefore, the arm always keeps its cut in new condition during the complete wear of the carbide, for more performance and grip on ice and snowmobile trails.

Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat ZR 8000 Snowmobile (2014-2024)
The Arctic Cat ZR 8000, a high-performance snowmobile, was produced from 2014 to 2024. Throughout this period, it consistently featured a 794cc, liquid-cooled, 2-stroke, twin-cylinder engine, renowned for its "165-class horsepower". Built on the ProCross platform and utilizing the SLIDE-ACTION Rear Suspension, the ZR 8000 is engineered for aggressive trail riding. Over its production run, the ZR 8000 saw significant mid-cycle evolutions. A major change was the introduction of the 8000-Series C-TEC2 engine with Dual-Stage Injection, which replaced the earlier Suzuki 800 engine. This new C-TEC2 engine offered substantial improvements, including increased low-end and mid-range torque, and reduced oil consumption. Concurrently, the ADAPT CVT System was integrated, featuring lightweight clutches for enhanced performance, better throttle response, and improved belt life. Other notable upgrades included the ARS II Front Suspension for optimized handling, the availability of ATAC On-the-Fly Suspension for electronic adjustments, and the GENII bodywork redesign. Trims like Sno Pro, RR, Limited, ES (Electric Start), QS3 (adjustable shocks), and ATAC (electronic suspension) offered various feature packages. FAQ:

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil Filter | Not applicable (2-stroke engine) | 2-stroke engines use an oil injection system. Check and refill the 2-stroke oil reservoir regularly (before each ride or frequently) with Arctic Cat C-TEC2 Synthetic 2-Cycle Oil or equivalent. |
| Drive Belt | Regular inspection | Inspect belt for wear or tears. Replace if necessary. A new belt requires a 40 km break-in period at 3/4 throttle or less, with varying engine speeds. |
| Spark Plugs | Periodic inspection | Inspect and replace or clean as necessary. After prolonged storage, use one tankful of 100:1 gas/oil mixture in conjunction with the oil-injection system, then inspect spark plugs. |
| Air Filter | As per manual | 2-stroke models typically use an air-intake silencer rather than a serviceable filter element. Consult the manual for specific air intake system maintenance requirements. |
| Coolant | Regular check; replacement every 2 years | Check level regularly (before each ride or frequently). Replace coolant every two years regardless of use. |
| Brake Fluid | Pre-season and every 50 hours check; replacement every 2 years | Check level pre-season and every 50 hours. Replace every two years. |
| Chain Case Oil | Annual or end-of-season replacement | Replace chain case oil at the end of the season or annually. |
