Vehicle Information
Polaris Rush Pro 800 Snowmobile (2011-2020)
The Polaris Rush Pro 800, produced from 2011 to 2020, is a performance snowmobile renowned for its power and handling. Powered by a 795cc (often rounded to 800cc) liquid-cooled, two-stroke engine, known as the Liberty or Cleanfire, it typically delivered between 150 and 160 horsepower. This model was designed for demanding riders seeking a dynamic trail riding experience. Throughout its production, the Rush Pro 800 underwent significant evolutions. In 2011, the Pro-R series was introduced on the IQ chassis, featuring improvements to the Liberty 800 engine and cooling system. A major change occurred in 2015 with the introduction of the all-new AXYS chassis, which was lighter and offered an optimized rider position, along with a redesigned Pro-XC rear suspension. Updates to the 800 H.O. Cleanfire engine in 2018 also enhanced its durability and performance, notably through a new thermostat and an improved EGT sensor. FAQ:
