Vehicle Information
Kawasaki Brute Force 650 ATV (2005-2013)
The Kawasaki Brute Force 650, produced from 2005 to 2013, is a robust utility ATV known for its reliability. It is powered by a 633cc, liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, SOHC, V-twin engine, fed by carburetors. This engine maintained consistent specifications throughout its production, delivering approximately 42 horsepower. The lineup primarily included two configurations: the standard Brute Force 650 4x4 and, starting in 2007, the Brute Force 650 4x4i. The most significant evolution was the introduction of the 4x4i model in 2007, which featured independent rear suspension (IRS), offering superior ride comfort and handling over varied terrain compared to the swingarm suspension of the base 4x4 model. The engine remained largely unchanged, with no major generation breaks or shifts to electronic fuel injection.

| Spark Plug | Recommended type: NGK CR7E. Gap: 0.7-0.8 mm. Essential for optimal performance. | |
| Coolant | Replacement is crucial to prevent overheating and ensure engine longevity. Precise intervals are in the owner's manual. |
