Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Polaris Indy 440 Snowmobile (1992-1998)
The Polaris Indy 440, produced from 1992 to 1998, is an iconic snowmobile known for its versatility and performance. Primarily powered by 432cc or 439cc twin-cylinder engines, it was offered in various trims to meet the needs of trail riders and racers. Over the years, the model underwent notable evolutions. In 1993, some models integrated the ITS (Improved Transfer Rear Suspension) and a top-mounted brake. 1997 saw the introduction of the lighter XTRA-10 front suspension, improving handling. The most significant change occurred in 1998 with the Indy EDGE 440 XCR SP, which received a major redesign including a re-engineered engine with a 15% increase in horsepower and a 9 kg weight reduction, along with significant chassis and suspension modifications.
