Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Vehicle Information
Polaris XC 800 Snowmobile (2004-2005)
The Polaris XC 800, specifically the XC SP 800 model, was a prominent performance snowmobile offered in 2004 and 2005. Powered by a consistent 794cc, 2-stroke, liquid-cooled Liberty engine and built on the agile EDGE chassis, it delivered robust performance. Both years featured the XC SP 800 trim, often with an optional M-10 suspension known for its comfort and control. While the core engine (with VES, DET, and PERC) and chassis remained consistent across these model years, Polaris introduced notable enhancements in 2005. The most significant change was the addition of the Polaris Adjustable Seat System (PASS) as a standard feature, allowing for 5 inches of backrest adjustment and increased storage, improving rider comfort and adaptability. These were refinements rather than a complete platform overhaul. FAQ:
