Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Vehicle Information
Yamaha Nytro 1000 Snowmobile (2006-2007)
The Yamaha Nytro 1000 snowmobile, available for the 2006 and 2007 model years, was known for its consistent engine and two primary trims. It was powered by the "Genesis 120" engine, a 973cc, liquid-cooled, DOHC, 4-stroke, 3-cylinder, carbureted unit, producing approximately 120 horsepower. Trims offered included the standard Nytro Base and the Nytro ER, which featured the addition of reverse. There were no significant mid-cycle generation or engine changes for the Yamaha Nytro 1000 between the 2006 and 2007 model years. The 2007 model was largely a carryover from 2006, with only minor updates such as a new snowflap and graphics. A major redesign and a new 1050cc, 130hp fuel-injected engine (Genesis 130 FI) were introduced with the FX Nytro for the 2008 model year, which succeeded the Nytro 1000. Q : How can I ensure this part is compatible with my Yamaha Nytro 1000?
R : To guarantee compatibility, please use our year and model selector located at the top of the page.
