Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Yamaha Venture 500 Snowmobile (1997-2001)
The Yamaha Venture 500 snowmobile, produced from 1997 to 2001, was known for its versatility and comfort. It was offered with distinct engine options, catering to riders seeking both performance and economy. During this period, the standard Venture 500 model was introduced in 1997 with an all-new 494cc liquid-cooled two-cylinder engine, producing approximately 86 to 90 horsepower. The more economical Venture XL model featured a 485cc fan-cooled engine, generating around 58 to 65 horsepower. In 1999, the Venture XL was reintroduced with a new 485cc fan-cooled engine, and the Venture 500 received upgrades such as larger passenger footrests and hydraulic shocks. 2001 marked the final production year for the liquid-cooled Venture 500.
