Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Vehicle Information
Yamaha VK Professional 1000 Snowmobile (2006-2007)
The Yamaha VK Professional 1000, a robust utility snowmobile, was available for the 2006 and 2007 model years. Designed for demanding tasks, it featured a powerful 973cc, 4-stroke, DOHC, liquid-cooled, 3-cylinder engine, known as the Genesis 120, consistently producing 120 horsepower at 8500 rpm across both years. It was offered in a single "VK Professional" trim. A notable change occurred between these model years. While the engine remained identical, the 2007 VK Professional 1000 introduced a new 2-speed (Hi/Lo) gear case with reverse, significantly enhancing its capability for heavy loads and improving top speed. The 2006 model did not include this low-range gear, though Yamaha later offered an upgrade kit for 2006 owners. FAQ :
