Description
The Shaper Bar takes the wearbar design and performance to a new level! This bar offers a unique shape that provides much better turning than conventional bars and offers a 20% weight savings too! The concave side profile on the Shaper Bar grabs and holds snow rather than allowing snow to slip by like other wearbars. While the shape of this bar improves the turning radius of your sled on the trail, the large 60º carbide provides great control and wear on hard surfaces. The "Shaper" Bar is the original and still the best handling wearbar in the industry since 2002. Made from "cold rolled steel" to the patented shape with large 60° degree cutting carbide for durability and precise handling. The concave side profile grabs and holds snow for better and more precise turning. NOTE: Now E-coated in a corrosion-resistant black finish (may receive zinc plated bars -depending on stock). Sold in pairs.

Vehicle Information
Arctic Cat ZR 858 Snowmobile (2024-2026)
The Arctic Cat ZR 858 snowmobile, available for the 2025 and 2026 model years, is built on the innovative CATALYST platform. It is powered by an 858cc, 2-stroke, liquid-cooled C-TEC2 twin-cylinder EFI engine. This powerful engine, estimated to produce between 170 and 183 horsepower, represents an 11% increase over the previous C-TEC2 800 engine, placing it firmly in the "165-class" for performance. While the CATALYST chassis was introduced in 2024 with 600-class engines, the ZR 858 variant debuted in 2025, marking a significant evolution for the model line. For the 2026 model year, the 858 engine received notable upgrades to enhance performance and durability. These include an average 26% increase in oil supply across the operating range, revised fuel mapping and ignition curves for broader engine operation, and a sealed airbox. Additionally, the CATALYST chassis for 2026 858 models features revised engine mounts with a new rubber durometer and orientation on the magneto side, specifically designed to reduce vibration. Various trims, including Sno Pro and R-XC, are offered for these model years. FAQ:
Q: How do I ensure I select the correct parts for my ZR 858?
