Came properly boxed, all nuts&bolts were properly labeled, instructions were easy to follow. Lining up the steering wheel when all done was the hardest part.

My RZR runs straight, but my wheel is a little off to the left. I’ll sort that out one of these days.

Riding, fetched up, and bent the rack itself making it impossible to turn right. Not the tie rod but bent the Bar that slides in and out of rack itself!!!

Not at all impressed

Have to purchase rack again and pay to have installed again as well

Going to stick with oem this time

This was easy to install and appears to be far superior to the OEM R&P. I have read some reviews that say the bushings wear out quickly, but I haven't noticed that yet (only have a couple hundred KM on it so far), so I am hoping this is not an issue. Also, there are two 'steering stop' snap on bushings that as far as I can tell are to limit the steering and ultimately unnecessary wear/stress on axels in the front drive. The limited steering ability was so restricted that I had to remove them - that was as easy as pulling the boot back and snapping them off the shaft (they are a snap on bushing). My recommendation would be to try these first, then if too much restriction to remove.

This Product worked awesome on my 2016 RZR xp1000. Easy to install. Very well built much better than OEM Rack and pinion. I like the idea of being able to replace tie rods if need be, where you can't with the OEM rack.

Overall all the rack seems like an Ok build. I say Ok as i seen that the bushing on the left side of the rack is not solid but notched. As I figure this will be a weak point in the rack cause if you take even a minor a side hit on a tire. The shock in the rack will more then likely crush the high parts of the bushing. Install was easy enough but with the different diameter size bolts compared to the OEM it allows for more in place movement. Also had an issue with a tie rod end and Julie with Revco customer service was a great help in fixing the issue with SuperATV. A new 1 was sent to me without issue. So only time will tell if there's going to be issues a specially the bushing.

Great part. Put in on my 2011 commander 1000. Had lots of play in the steering before. Now it's like new. Easy install. Putting the new one in is easier than getting the old one out. It looks like double the size of the stock rack. Zero play in the wheel.

Same problem as other review,had to add 1.5 wheel spacers ,tie rod ends are large and cant get 12 inch rims back on ,I think 14 inch rims would clear the tie rod end.Also had to modify the foot well because the tires were rubbing from the spacers and I have a 2inch lift with 27 inch tires .However the rack is top quality

steering rack looks great ( 5 star),not an o.e. replacement,for this rack to fit my 2012 rzr (non s) in the o.e. position i will have to install 1.5" wheel spacers ,(fit o star)
