Take Your Ride to the Next Level with GDP Portals
SuperATV's 4" Portal Gear Lift combines 4 inches of lift with an integrated gear reduction for increased torque and ground clearance. It allows larger tires while reducing stress on the drivetrain. 15% and 30% gear reduction options give you flexibility, and your choice of cast or billet aluminum housings gives you the strength you need. For maximum strength, choose the dual idler configuration. These portals don't just upgrade your ride—they transform it.

What Is a Dual Idler?
We've spent years perfecting our dual idler gear portals. Adding a second idler gear spreads the load over more surface area, giving you more reliable torque and a super-strong gear set. But it's all about fit—so we precision grind every gear from 9310 steel for perfect mesh.

Built to Conquer the Trail
No matter where or how you ride, GDP Portal Gear Lifts deliver. Tear up dunes, dive into mud, fly through trails, or put your machine to work with confidence. Pick a 15% gear reduction for faster, more aggressive riding, or a 30% reduction for extreme torque and massive tires.

Your Drivetrain Stays Safe
By relocating the gear reduction to the wheel hub, GDP portals absorb much of the workload before it reaches the drivetrain. This design helps protect essential parts—axles, differentials, prop shafts, and transmissions—from unnecessary stress caused by having larger tires.

Built Tough with Aluminum and Steel
Our cast and billet aluminum housings are the thickest and strongest you can get. Combine that with 5/16" backing plates made from an advanced steel alloy, and our portals are unbeatable.

• Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
• Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
• Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
• There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:

• Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
• Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
• Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

Don't Forget a Frame Stiffener
Portals and oversized tires deliver serious fun, but they also put extra strain on your machine's frame. Strengthen your suspension setup by adding a SuperATV Frame Stiffener when installing your new portals.
