GDP Portals Can't Be Beat
At SuperATV, we don't put anyone in a box. That's why our Gen 3 portals are all about giving you options. Get our 6" Portal Gear Lift for your ride and you get to tell us how much gear reduction you want and what kind of housings you get. Because of this, we've got something for everyone. Choose a 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reduction and opt for dual idler gears to boost your strength. We have the options that make GDP perfect for you.

What is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we've made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don't do a thing if they're not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry's toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn't think dual idlers mattered? With GDP's quality and experience, they finally do.

Great for Any Rider
If you're all about going big with massive tires and tons of power, our 45% or 60% gear reductions are perfect for you. If you're wanting to fly through trails with plenty of punchy torque, go with a 30% reduction. No matter what you choose, you can't go wrong with GDP.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
Portal gear lifts put the gear reduction directly in the hub, so you don't have to worry about any unnecessary stress being placed on your drivetrain. Because of this, your differential, prop shaft, axles, and transmission can do their job without acquiring any early wear and tear. This lets you do more and ride harder without worrying about your machine's most vital parts.

The Strongest Portals Around
Cutting corners isn't in our nature—especially when it comes to strength. We've put in years of research to ensure that you're getting the strongest portals possible. You get to pick between cast or billet aluminum aluminum housings that take advantage of our 5/16" advanced steel backing plates. No matter which direction you go, you're getting portals that are second to none.

• Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
• Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
• Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
• There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:

• Advanced Thermo-Tork Gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
• Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
• Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

Bolster Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener
Your ride doesn't like to take it slow and neither do you. If you load it up with 6" GDP Portals and some monster tires, you can bend your frame. That's why we highly recommend a frame stiffener. It bolsters your frame, so you can ride however you want.
