GDP Portals Are Changing the Game
We don't like putting anyone in a box. Riding is personal and you should be able to customize your machine to suit your riding style. That's why we give you options with our GDP portals. Get SuperATV's 4" Portal Gear Lift for your ride and decide what kind of housings you get (cast or billet aluminum) and how much gear reduction your portals will have. If you're into maximum torque and big tires, a 30% gear reduction should fit you just right. Or maybe you want to hit the trails with a smoother and more precise ride—opt for a 15% gear reduction. For ultimate strength, opt for dual idlers. No matter your style, our portals are a game changer.

What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we've made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don't do a thing if they're not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry's toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn't think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and experience, they finally do.

Perfect for Any Rider
Riding on our GDP portals with a 30% gear reduction allows you to experience mud like never before. With bigger tires and more torque, you'll chew through the thick mud that used to slow you down. Our 30% gear reduction is great everywhere, but if you want the fastest lifted ride you can get, go with 15%. It gives you punchy power and a higher top speed.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
Our portal gear lifts put the gear reduction right in the hub, which greatly reduces the amount of stress placed on some of your vehicle's most critical parts. You'll be able to ride harder and without worry knowing that your axles, differential, prop shaft, and transmission are in good hands. Your driveshaft will thank you.

Strength Through and Through
We've done enough research on portals to understand what can make or break them. That's why you won't find housings or backing plates stronger than what we use for our GDP portals. You get the choice of cast or billet aluminum housings to go with you 5/16" advanced alloy backing plates. No matter what, you get unmatched strength and reliability.

• Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
• Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
• Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
• There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:

• Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
• Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
• Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

Reinforce Your UTV with a Frame Stiffener
Your ride is built for power and speed. Add a 4" portal gear lift on top of that and you've got a lot riding on that frame. For this reason, we recommend installing a frame stiffener with your portals. It offers the reinforcement you need to ride with confidence.

4" Portal Gear Lift Includes:

• (4) Assembled portal hub boxes complete with 9310 gears, seals, output shaft, gaskets, and thrust bearings
• (4) Universal hubs and precision-ground stainless steel slotted rotors with lugs
