SuperATV Polaris Ranger 4" Long Travel Kit

Better Control and Bigger Adventures
Turn your ride into a true powerhouse with SuperATV’s Long Travel Kit. It widens your ride by 8” in total, giving you more stability and control on rough terrain. Plus, it gives you the ability to run up to 36” tires.

High-Quality Ingredients
This long travel kit comes with everything you need for an easy-install. You’ll get our Atlas Pro A-Arms, tie rods, axles, bushings, and four Rhino 2.0 Axles. All of these parts outperform OEM. The only thing you’ll need to worry about is ball joints—which you can order preinstalled!

Atlas Pro A-Arms
Our Atlas Pro A-Arms are built to take a beating and look good doing it. They have a massive 1.5” diameter tubing—0.25” bigger than our standard A-arms. The 0.138” wall thickness and UV-resistant powder coating add even more toughness while making them perfect for tough terrain.

Billet Aluminum Hex Tie Rods
We can’t say it’s the ultimate long travel kit if we don’t have the heavy-duty parts to back it up. Our billet aluminum hex tie rod kit is strong, lightweight, and looks damn good. Plus, the heat-treated chromoly tie rod ends reinforce the weakest point of your steering.

Industry-Leading Rhino 2.0 Axles
To take our ride Long Travel Kit to the next level, we include our industry-leading Rhino 2.0 Axles. These axles are engineered for durability and feature chromoly construction with oversized CV joints. They’re designed for high articulation to keep your CV temperature low.

Upgrade to SDi Terrain Master 2.1 Shocks
SDi Terrain Master 2.1 Shocks offer improved control and consistency for aggressive riding and big suspension setups. High‑flow pistons, piggyback reservoirs, and an oversized compression adjuster allow precise tuning while maintaining predictable performance on demanding terrain. Plus, they’re built with lightweight aluminum and hardened chrome-coated shafts, so they handle the added travel and wild rides.

Get Them Preassembled
Get back in your ride fast when you order your lift kit with ball joints preinstalled. It saves you money and time on removing and installing your old, worn ball joints.

Heavy-Duty Ball Joints
Our heavy-duty ball joints are built to handle whatever you throw at them. They’re made from super-strong 4340 VAR steel and are zinc-plated to stand up to wear and tear. They’re adjustable and have easy-access grease zerks, so they’re easy to maintain. They can withstand twice the force of a stock ball joint.

Super Duty 300M Ball Joints
We used ultra-tough 300M grade steel and paired it with precision engineering to build one of the strongest ball joints on the market. They feature an adjustable steel-on-steel design and easy to reach grease zerk for quick maintenance. And with strength rated at 2.25 times stronger than stock—they’re built to outperform and outlast.

Keller Ball Joints
Keller Ball Joints have a two-piece design that eliminates the need for a snap ring. They thread directly onto your A-arms like a nut and bolt, making them nearly impossible to pull out. They’re built with a tough chromoly steel stud and an advanced tool-steel body, so they’re ideal for larger machines, bigger tires, and heavier rides. Plus, they’re greaseable and rebuildable, so you can keep them running smoothly for the long haul.
