Get Ultimate Power and Performance on Your Ride
Your ride works hard and plays harder. Take its performance over the top with SuperATV’s 6” Portal Gear Lift. It’s the ultimate combination of power and performance. The 6-inch lift gives you massive ground clearance and room for huge tires. For ultimate strength, upgrade to our dual idlers. Your choice of 30%, 45%, or 60% gear reductions gives you the torque to tackle muddy creeks, rocky climbs, and everything in between.

What Is a Dual Idler?
Perfection takes time. After years of research and development, we’ve made our dual idler gear portals unlike any other. By placing a second idler gear in the portal box, the load gets spread over twice as much surface area for more reliable torque transfer and the strongest gear set you can get. Two idler gears don’t do a thing if they’re not mated perfectly, though. Precision CNC grinding ensures ours do. Our gears are made from the industry’s toughest 9310 steel alloy. Didn’t think dual idlers mattered? With GDP’s quality and experience, they finally do.

Get the Gear Reduction You Need
You ride your machine your way, so choose the gear reduction that matches your style. A 30% gear reduction balances a big torque boost with a minor reduction in top speed. If you want to use bigger tires to dominate the mud hole or creep over rocks, choose a 45% reduction. For maximum power to run massive tires and conquer mud, 60% is the best option for you.

A Gear Reduction That Protects Your Drivetrain
When you’re throwing all that extra weight around, you can beat your drivetrain to hell. GDP Portals put the gear reduction in the hub, so your entire drivetrain gets protected from extra wear. Plus, this portal gear lift maintains your factory suspension to give you cooler-running axles.

GDP Portals Are as Tough as They Get
These portals are designed for hard rides. We use 5/16” advanced steel alloy backing plates and durable aluminum housings to withstand any type of abuse.

• Our housings are reinforced for gear retention and optimized for oil flow
• Advanced steel alloy backing plates are stronger than chromoly
• Enhance with Portal Blood—gear oil formulated for GDP Portals
• There are no gimmicks and no vents because vents do more harm than good—we know because we tested them

Advanced Gaskets, Seals, and Bearings
Our portals use:

• Advanced gaskets and O-rings with excellent oil resistance and low deterioration rates
• A sealed input gear and double-lipped output seal
• 100% sealing coverage throughout so you can forget about oil leaks
• Double-angular contact output bearings to prevent premature wear
• Roller idler and drive bearings to maintain perfect gear meshing

Add a Frame Stiffener
A 6” portal lift and oversized tires can take your ride to the next level, but they also add extra stress to the machine’s frame. To keep your rig strong and ready for anything, we recommend installing a SuperATV Frame Stiffener when you add your new portals. It’s tough enough to keep your frame from deforming under heavy use.
