Vehicle Information
Sea-Doo GTS 130 Personal Watercraft (2011-2017)
The Sea-Doo GTS 130, produced from 2011 to 2017, was positioned as a fuel-efficient, entry-level personal watercraft. Throughout these years, it largely maintained its core engine specifications, powered by a 1494cc (130 HP) Rotax 1503 4-TEC engine. This naturally aspirated, 3-cylinder engine, featuring a Closed-Loop Cooling System (CLCS) and multi-point fuel injection with Intelligent Throttle Control (iTC), ensured consistent performance. The GTS 130 was generally offered as a single, well-equipped trim level. While the GTS 130's platform and engine remained largely consistent, the broader GTS lineup saw some developments. In 2014, the dry weight increased from approximately 333-338 kg to 358 kg due to changes in the composite hull design. For 2017, a new base GTS model was introduced with an 899cc Rotax 900 HO ACE engine and a lighter Polytec hull, but the GTS 130 (1494cc) continued to be available with its original specifications. There was no major generation break for the GTS 130 itself. FAQ:
