Vehicle Information
BETA Xtrainer 250 Dirt Bike (2025-2026)
The Beta Xtrainer 250, available for the 2025 and 2026 model years, is positioned as an accessible "Entry Level Off Road" motorcycle. It features a compact frame, a lower seat height, and a manageable power delivery, making it ideal for riders seeking a less intimidating off-road experience. Both years are powered by a 249cc two-stroke single engine. For 2025, the Xtrainer 250 was introduced as a new model, complementing the existing 300cc version. It offered smooth and controllable power, with two riding modes. The 2026 model year brings a significant evolution with a completely new 250 2T engine. This redesigned engine features a reduced crankshaft stroke (69.9mm) and an increased bore size (67.4mm), along with a new cylinder head and cylinder, and reinforced main bearings. These updates aim to substantially increase torque and linearity of power delivery, making its performance more akin to the 300cc model. Additionally, the 2026 Xtrainer 250 receives updated second gear ratios, new graphics, an LED taillight, and a more robust speedometer. Note that the "Lowboy" variant is exclusive to the 300cc Xtrainer. FAQ:
Q: Are there differences between the 2025 and 2026 Beta Xtrainer 250 models?
