Vehicle Information
Can-Am Rally 200 ATV (2003-2007)
The Can-Am Rally 200, initially sold under the Bombardier brand, was a single utility ATV model produced from 2003 to 2007. It was powered by a consistent 176cc liquid-cooled, 4-stroke, single-cylinder Rotax engine featuring a Single Overhead Cam (SOHC) and 4 valves. This robust engine provided reliable performance for utility tasks. While the core engine remained unchanged, minor updates were introduced. The 2003 model featured molded cargo trays and a manual disc brake on the transmission. From 2004, it adopted front and rear racks, and by 2005, the rear braking system was upgraded to a hydraulic disc on the axle. Ergonomic adjustments, like moving the key and indicator lights, also occurred, alongside the brand transition from Bombardier to Can-Am. Q: How do I ensure this part fits my specific Can-Am Rally 200?
A: Please use the year and edition selector at the top of the page to confirm compatibility with your exact model.
