Honda CRF300F Dirt Bike (2026)
The 2026 Honda CRF300F is a brand-new model, representing a significant mid-cycle generation change for Honda's largest trail bike in its CRF-F family. This new 294cc air-cooled, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine replaces the CRF250F, offering increased power and a wider, more accessible powerband. Designed for recreational off-road riding, the CRF300F is available in a single trim, simply named "CRF300F," in red. Compared to its predecessor, the 2026 CRF300F features numerous enhancements. The engine displacement has increased from 250cc to 294cc, paired with an upgraded six-speed manual transmission for greater versatility. An oil cooler has been added for improved reliability, and the clutch discs now use a more heat-resistant material. Chassis improvements include an aluminum rear-suspension link, new fork settings, and an aluminum bottom triple clamp, all contributing to better handling and performance. Styling updates, like new radiator shrouds and a reshaped skid plate, complete this comprehensive overhaul. FAQ:

Maintenance
| Component | Interval | Details |
| Engine Oil | 10 to 15 hours (recreational use) or 5 to 10 hours (aggressive use) | Some sources suggest 10 hours for the CRF300L Rally and 15 hours for the CRF300L. For general Honda motorcycles, an annual change is recommended if not ridden regularly. |
| Oil Filter | With every oil change | General Honda maintenance schedules suggest replacement after 1 000 km, then every 25 600 km, but for off-road bikes, more frequent replacement with oil changes is common. |
| Spark Plug | Inspect every 25 600 km, replace every 51 200 km | Recommended gap is 0.80 – 0.90 mm. Replace if gap is greater than or equal to 1.0 mm. |
| Air Filter | Inspect and clean every 15 to 20 hours (recreational use) or 8 to 10 hours (demanding conditions) | For the CRF300L Rally, 15 hours; for the CRF300L, 20 hours. Clean more frequently in dusty or muddy conditions. |
| Coolant | Inspect every 12 800 km, replace every 3 years | Use high-quality, silicate-free ethylene glycol antifreeze, premixed or 1:1 ratio with distilled water. |
