For these years, the C Evolution was primarily offered in a Long Range version, featuring a continuous output of 19 kW (26 hp) and a peak output of 35 kW (48 hp). A specific A1 Driving License version (11 kW continuous) was available in Europe, but only the Long Range model was sold in North America, starting mid-2017. The 2017 model year marked a significant update for the C Evolution. BMW introduced a new generation of batteries with an increased cell capacity of 94 Ah, substantially extending the scooter's range. The continuous power output for the Long Range version also saw an increase.
