Vehicle Information
Polaris Predator 50 ATV (2004-2007)
The Polaris Predator 50 is a youth ATV designed for young riders, produced from 2004 to 2007. This model featured a 49cc single-cylinder engine and was positioned as a reliable and fun entry-level option to introduce youngsters to the world of ATVs. It often included a rev limiter for safety, allowing for restricted power suitable for beginners and safety-conscious parents. While the Predator 50 maintained its 49cc engine throughout its production, a significant change occurred in 2007. Models from 2004 to 2006 featured an air-cooled, 2-stroke engine with a reed valve system, whereas the 2007 model transitioned to an air-cooled, 4-stroke engine with an Overhead Valve (OHV) configuration. This shift from 2-stroke to 4-stroke marked a notable mid-cycle engine design change. All models utilized a Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT). Special editions such as the Troy Lee or Pink were also offered in certain years, providing distinct aesthetic options. Q: Is this product compatible with my 2004-2007 Polaris Predator 50?
R: To ensure perfect compatibility with your specific model, including the differences between 2-stroke and 4-stroke years, please use our year and edition selector at the top of this page.
