I ordered a helmet from Revco.ca (online) - when I received the helmet it, unfortunately, did not fit. The helmet was fantastic quality - I sent the helmet back and through many emails and much help from employee Julie - the return process was extremely easy and Julie was extremely helpful. I definitely recommend online ordering from this company! Thank you for all your help!

Amazing Service and Customer Experience

Amazing service! The wrong filter came with my order. I sent an email the night I got it, by 9am there was an RMA slip to send it back. Couple days later I had the new one in hand. They even called me to thank me for returning the old one quickly, apologizing for the mistake and telling me to call him right back if I had any issues. Good luck finding a customer experience like that with a "bigger online retailer", if you know what I mean. I'll be shopping with them anytime they have what I need!

I wanted to upgrade my snowmobile track to better perform in the conditions I usually ride in. I discussed my track choices with the Revco technical representative who provided me with three track options based on what I had described as my riding type, conditions and best fits my snowmobile. From our conversation, I easily selected the track that was right for me. I also compared prices with other suppliers and Revco's pricing was far better than their competition. Delivery was included in the price and the delivery time was what Revco had promised. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from Revco in the future not only for my snowmobile but also for my motorcycle needs.
