Was excited to get this rad being reasonably priced & aluminum, that was until I open the box and the rad was in the shape of a rombus instead of being the square radiator I was requiring after 2.5 hours of fine tuning and repairing I was able to use the rad & so far still holding coolant! & because I'm a sucker for fair priced parts to install on clients machines, I will likely try this company again, hopefully without the extra work!

It works, it doesn't leak and looks decent, but it doesn't fit well the rad mounts are a little on the low side, so the bottom pin isn't seated fully, and they're a little long, which makes it push against the rad protection screen on the grill and I makes it so the grill doesn't seat properly. And the fan mounts aren't positioned properly for I had to pop the nuts out of their holders for I had a bit more play. In the end I got it all to work, but it's not perfect. Definitely not as nice as stock apart from cosmetics.

The breather hose nipple up to the reservoir is a different size than previous radiator but was able to make the rubber stretch enough.

Appears to be constructed very well with clean welds. Excellent fit and holds pressure with no leaks. Had one long ride with no issues! Looks better than the OEM!

Worked great, fit very well. The only issue I had was there is a BSP hole in one of the radiator tanks that was not used for my application, (2016 sportsman 570) and a plug was not supplied with the radiator. I had to go on a hardware store hunt Sunday afternoon. Would be great if they shipped it with the plug included. Other than that, great product

Ordering and shipping was quick and easy, unfortunately when I received the new radiator it was damaged at the mounting tabs and the neck of radiator was bent badly that the cap would never seal, terrible paint shop and absolutely no packaging protection, had to return new radiator.

This was an aftermarket replacement I ordered for a 2008 Arctic Cat TRV700. The shipping was fast and the RAD was well packaged(no damage). As this is an aftermarket the mounting holes did not line up perfectly on my ATV, but it was a minimal adjustment with a drill bit to line up the bolt holes. RAD works well had the ATV out on the weekend and no problems.

I haven't installed it yet but it did not come with a plug for the NPT port that is on this Radiator and is nor used in my application. Once I did find a plug I had to also find a 3/8" NPT tap tp chase the threads because the threads in the bung were way too tight or the bung was installed upside down.

Had a threaded hole , not like mine had to run all over city looking for threaded plug , you should include plugs, I own 2 580 and neither has a threaded hole
