Drop in, you might need to get a replacement seal depending on the condition of you old one. Also it's just the muffler, not with the pipe included as the pic shows
The exhaust fits as well as the stock. I gave a 4 because I cant give a 4.5 and the other reason is the exhaust gasket is just a little smaller than the pipe and therefor partially cracked when I put it on. Otherwise a great product. It’s even a bit quieter than the original which is nice.
