Can-Am Defender HD11 Swift-Latch™ Plow Mount
This Can-Am Defender HD11 plow mount is one of two options for mounting a KFI plow system to your HD11 Defender. This version installs directly onto your machine and remains in place year-round while still providing full ground clearance when the plow is removed.
This mount features two connection options:
- A built-in Swift-Latch™ bar for use with our KFI Swift-Latch™ system.
- The 2-Piece KFI Seasonal pin-style plow attachment.
If you plan to use the Swift-Latch™ bar, you’ll also need to purchase one of our KFI Swift-Latch™ Systems that bolt to your KFI Push Tubes (#106300). We currently offer Standard and Tall Swift-Latch™ Systems depending on your machine’s final height after accessories such as lift kits, larger tires, or tracks are installed.
If you prefer to use the traditional pin-style attachments, you’ll need a 3"–4" leveling kit for proper operation with a stock HD11 Defender, or a 5"–6" leveling kit if your machine is equipped with tracks or oversized tires.
Always verify your Swift-Latch™ bar height before ordering to ensure you select the correct leveling kit or Swift-Latch™ System for your setup.

Can-Am Defender HD11 2-Piece Seasonal Plow Mount
This Can-Am Defender HD11 plow mount is one of two options for mounting a KFI plow system to your HD11 Defender. This version uses our traditional-style mount and works with the #106300 UTV Plow Tube System, the older #105635 tube system, and our V-Plow system.
- Compatible with the Newer Pro 2.0 UTV Tube System (Square Tube Style) #106300 or Older Style UTV Tube System (Round Tube Style) #105635 UTV push tubes (KFI ATV/UTV Snow Plow Push Frame (Plow Kit Step 2))
Because the Defender HD11 sits higher, this mount is designed in two pieces to achieve the proper drop and plow geometry for smooth, level plowing. When installed, it reduces ground clearance by approximately 4 inches, leaving about 10–11 inches of clearance depending on your model.
During the off-season, the lower seasonal bracket can be easily removed by taking out five bolts, allowing you to regain your stock ground clearance. It’s also compatible with KFI leveling kits for machines that have been lifted, modified, or equipped with tracks.
