Features

This storage box is constructed specifically for POLARIS TOURING 850 SP and TOURING XP 1000 ATV models and made in the same style as ATVs. In designing, all of the rear rack features have been taken into account, to ensure that the box integrates perfectly with the rack, does not protrude beyond the rack sides and does not hinder driver’s movements. Installation takes less than 30 seconds and does not require removing the backrest and handles. Included fasteners fixate easily in the designated holes with no extra tool needed. High-quality lock latches allow enjoying outings without worrying about the safety of personal items. The rubber gasket that seals the lid keeps items protected from dust and water, even under severe conditions of use. The ribbing increases durability and sturdiness of the box and perfectly blends within the overall design of the quad. This box has a capacity of 112 liters and is large enough to store 2 helmets.

I really like the look and the size, and my spouse likes the fact she don’t feel restrained and she can hold to the quad handle bars. But I had to rework (cut) the front bottom corners, to make it come down and be able to secure it in place. I have to reseal the corners to water proof and keep the dust out. Now, IF I could get a couple of the (out of stock) 5 liters gas cans SKU #020-017-00 to complete the look

If you need mounting instructions, go to the Tesseract website. Overall very nicely made and fits well on my 2019 850 SP Sportsman Touring.
Fit and Finish is Great.

I originally ordered this thru the Tesseract Website, but has some customs issues. Reordered from Revco, cheaper price and free shipping. Mounted the box, fits perfectly. No instructions but you can download them from Tesseract. Looks great on the bike.

The Box fits like a glove! Lots of room for everything. My Helmet fits as advertised. Mounting was a little trickier than advertised, I Had to remove the rear rack plate on my 2020 Sportsman 850 Touring to line up the holes, but it was easily done. No instructions came with mine, but I figured it out. One set of adjustment knobs were too large to fit inside where the hole lined up. I had to substitute a wing nut from the hardware store, but again no biggie. It arrived in only 3 days, even with the Covid issues!! Awesome!!!
