I suggest using your jack to press the part.

so I ordered these for my quad thinking that I was getting 4 but only got 2 that's my fault for not reading the full description but am happy with them

Replaced upper and lower joints without any problems at all, the product is still as tight today as when I put them in! Excellent product!!
