Haven't used the intercom feature yet. After repositioning the speakers in my helmet (moving them forward and down) the music volume is very good, even at highway speeds. Callers say my voice is amazingly clear. Voice commands are responsive, except for "check battery status" which does not seem to work. Connection to the Cardo app is slow and seems to need re-pairing, which is a bit of a pain. After setting up the sound and radio stations using the cardo app, when riding I just connect the cardo to my garmin zumo 396 for turn by turn voice prompts and music, and use "hey google" for texts and calls. I can use all voice commands and the programmed radio stations without connecting to the cardo app. Overall it's very good!
