    Had to drill new holes to the upper mount. The new rad is about 3/4” thicker New rad should come with new mounts but made it work. Engine ran nice and cool and rad is well build

    Nice rad but had fabricate adapter bracket to keep fron rubbing on frame of 2015 rzr 900s

    Rad works great, no leaks and works much better then stock. However.. the fan mount bolt holes did not line up with the mounting holes on the rad. I just redrilled the holes in the fan mount and got it to fit. I then had to cut an inch and a half of plastic so the rad cap would fit. Once the hood goes on, it covers up the cut plastic area so nit to worried about it

    Only thing I didn't like about this rad is I had to modify my machine cause the stock mounts didn't work must have to buy a aftermarket fan
