That’s why we designed our Complete Heavy-Duty Transmission—it’s stronger than your OEM transmission, so slipped gears and transmission issues will become a thing of the past. Each one is made to order before being put through vigorous lab and field testing. We include lapped gears for perfect meshing and upgraded internals, all housed in an ultra-strong case. This Polaris transmission replacement is the best way to power through riding conditions that would have blown your OEM tranny to shreds.
An Upgraded Reverse Chain
We’ve upgraded your RZR’s reverse chain by making it thicker and twice as strong as stock. Our double reverse chain will last longer and handle much wilder reversing scenarios without breaking. Go ahead and throw it into reverse whenever and however you want—you’ve got SuperATV on your side.
Better Pinion and Snorkel Gears
There’s no pinion and snorkel gear set tougher than ours. These gears are made using 9310 alloy steel—it’s strong enough for aircraft, so you can bet it’s strong enough for your RZR, too. We also use 300M steel for the front output shaft. These materials are impressive, but our design is even more so. By lapping the gears, we ensure that they’re perfectly mated and broken in together. That gives you cool and strong operation, ride after ride.
Improved Pinion Bearing Retainer
The stock bearing retainer is one of the biggest weak spots on your OEM transmission. Without the right amount of strength, there’s a chance your pinion gear could pull away from the snorkel gear and break. That’s why our transmissions come with a heavy-duty pinion bearing retainer. It holds your gear firmly in place, making every ride better.
Ultra-Tough Transmission Case
The case is arguably the most important part of a transmission because it’s what keeps everything else safe and in place. Ours use 68% more metal on the axle output and snorkel tube to give you max strength where your tranny needs it the most. We add additional support ribs and gussets for added strength and to keep everything running cool.
How About a Gear Reduction?
Our transmission comes with multiple gear reduction options. Choose from stock, 12.5%, 25%, and 37.5% to get the perfect amount of torque for the way you ride. Do you want to pile on some extra weight and roll on bigger tires? The bigger the gear reduction, the easier that will be. You’ll especially appreciate the added force on rough trails or in thick mud.
